Frequently Asked Questions
-
How do you create your artwork?
Each piece is hand-drawn using my iPad and the program Procreate. My process usually begins with a feeling or vision, followed by rough pencil sketches, research, and reference gathering. I also often explore the symbiotic relationships and folkloric symbolism of my subjects. Once complete, I will vectorize the illustration in Adobe Illustrator for clean scalability across different formats.
What kind of paper do you use?
I tested so many options before landing on my current paper of choice: an acid-free, 100% cotton rag paper with a bright, smooth finish. This paper feels luxurious and offers an exceptionally high color gamut and deep black density, making it ideal for my fine-line work. All prints are produced in-house, by me, using a museum-grade printer and archival inks.
Are your prints signed or numbered?
Open edition prints are unsigned unless otherwise noted. Limited edition prints or special collections may be hand-signed and numbered.
Do you offer framing?
Not at this time. All prints are sized at 8x10 inches to fit standard frames and make at-home or custom framing easy.

How long will it take to receive my order?
In-house items are fulfilled via USPS Ground Advantage and typically ship within 1-3 business days. This gives me time to package and hand-deliver your order to the post office. Some products are made to order and take a bit longer - thank you for your patience! You’ll receive an email with confirmation and tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time but I hope to in the future!
Do you offer returns?
With few exceptions, all sales are final. If your order has a printing error or you receive an incorrect item, please contact me directly.
On a similar note, please be sure to double-check your shipping address during checkout. I cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or issues caused by the carrier. I’m also not liable for stolen, damaged, returned, or unclaimed packages.
For more info, please see our Shipping and Return Policy.
Why don’t you charge sales tax?
As a small business, we don’t currently meet the thresholds that require us to collect sales tax in most states. Please be aware that depending on your state, you may be responsible for reporting use tax on your end. This may change as we grow, so we’ll be sure to keep this info updated!
