Shipping & Return Policy

  • In-house items are fulfilled via USPS Ground Advantage and typically ship within 1–3 business days. Some products are made to order and may require additional processing time — thank you for your patience. Creating on demand helps reduce overproduction, and we appreciate you supporting more sustainable practices with your purchase.

    You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. If you've ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately depending on production and shipping timelines.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on item type and where each piece is being shipped from. Some products are fulfilled and shipped directly by a production partner, while others are personally packaged and mailed from the studio. If your cart includes items from both, you may see combined shipping rates to account for multiple shipment origins. This ensures everything arrives safely and efficiently—thank you for understanding!

  • International shipping isn’t currently available—we hope to offer this in the near future!

  • All sales are final. Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items — claims must be submitted to hello@wildvalentine.com within 5 business days of receipt and must include a description of the damage and supporting photos. Approved claims will be replaced or credited at Wild Valentine's discretion. For damage caused during shipping, please contact the carrier directly.

    Please be sure to double-check your shipping address during checkout. Wild Valentine cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier. Wild Valentine is also not liable for stolen, returned, or unclaimed packages.

  • Expect your order to arrive in a mix of packaging materials. We aim to reuse and recycle whenever possible to reduce waste. Here's what to expect:

    • Art prints are packaged with a backing board in a cello sleeve and shipped in a rigid mailer.

    • Stickers are sent in a kraft envelope or protective rigid folder.

    • Other items are shipped in eco-friendly mailers with tissue or other protective wrap.

    • Made-to-order products are often packaged in recyclable poly mailers directly from the production facility.

  • As a one-person studio and lover of wild life and wild spaces, sustainability is a core value behind the scenes. Wild Valentine prioritizes low-waste packaging, reuse shipping materials whenever possible, and choose recyclable or compostable options when available.
